Put 150 g berries in a mold, preferably a glass mold. Mix the quark and natural yoghurt. Whip the cream and fold in. Evenly distribute the mixture over the berries in the mold.
Put the ladyfingers on top as a new layer. Puree the remaining berries. Add the powdered sugar and spread evenly over the ladyfingers.
Finally, grate the white chocolate and pour it on top as the last layer. Then store in the refrigerator for approx. 3 - 5 hours until consumption.
Tip: It is best to put the chocolate in the refrigerator for some time beforehand so that the grating works better. Instead of raspberries, other berries, e.g., strawberries can be used.
