Cut the plums, apples, garlic and ginger into small pieces and bring to a boil in a saucepan with white wine, raisins and sugar. Simmer for about 10 minutes at a low temperature while stirring. Then puree with the hand blender to a creamy sauce. Then add all the spices and simmer for another 10 minutes. Finally, season the sauce to taste and season to taste.
Fill the sauce into prepared screw-top jars or bottles.
The recipe makes about 1.5 liters of sauce. The barbecue sauce lasts for several weeks in the refrigerator and is ideal with grilled meat.
Tip: If you don`t like raisins, you can replace them with cranberries.
