Instructions

  1. Cut the plums, apples, garlic and ginger into small pieces and bring to a boil in a saucepan with white wine, raisins and sugar. Simmer for about 10 minutes at a low temperature while stirring. Then puree with the hand blender to a creamy sauce. Then add all the spices and simmer for another 10 minutes. Finally, season the sauce to taste and season to taste.
  2. Fill the sauce into prepared screw-top jars or bottles.
  3. The recipe makes about 1.5 liters of sauce. The barbecue sauce lasts for several weeks in the refrigerator and is ideal with grilled meat.
  4. Tip: If you don`t like raisins, you can replace them with cranberries.
