Heat the milk to about 30 degrees, melt the butter in it and stir in the sugar.
Then add the milk and the yeast to the flour.
Whisk the egg and add half of it to the batter.
While kneading constantly, gradually add the rest of the flour and knead the dough for approx. 10 - 15 minutes (!).
Shape the dough into buns, approx. 80 g -100 g for small to medium-sized buns, approx. 120 g-140 g for large ones. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush the buns with the rest of the egg and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. Let the buns rise for half an hour.
Then bake the buns in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 10 - 15 minutes.
