- 330 g flour
- 1 egg (s)
- 0.5 ½ cube fresh yeast, approx. 21 g
- 40 g butter
- 15 g suar
- 5 g salt
- 150 ml milk 3.5%, better 3.8%
- Sesame, black or white or black cumin

- Put 150 g flour and salt in a bowl and mix well.
- Heat the milk to about 30 degrees, melt the butter in it and stir in the sugar.
- Then add the milk and the yeast to the flour.
- Whisk the egg and add half of it to the batter.
- While kneading constantly, gradually add the rest of the flour and knead the dough for approx. 10 - 15 minutes (!).
- Shape the dough into buns, approx. 80 g -100 g for small to medium-sized buns, approx. 120 g-140 g for large ones. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush the buns with the rest of the egg and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. Let the buns rise for half an hour.
- Then bake the buns in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 10 - 15 minutes.
