Ingredients
- 250 ml milk
- 50 g butter
- 600 g flour (plus flour for workin)
- 25 g fresh yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 egg (s), size M
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 egg yolk, size M
- 2 tablespoon whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, white
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, black

- 1. Warm milk with butter in a saucepan. Put the flour in a bowl, making a small hollow with your hands. Pour some milk into the hollow.
- 2. Crumble the yeast on the milk, sprinkle with sugar, stir gently.
- 3. Add some flour from the edges to the liquid and stir with a wooden spoon. Dust with a little flour and cover with a kitchen towel and let rise for 15 minutes.
- 4. Add the rest of the milk, egg and salt to the flour.
- 5. Knead into a smooth dough using the hand mixer.
- 6. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise for another 45 minutes.
- 7. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat. Knead the dough on the lightly floured work surface, shape into a roll and divide into 6 - 8 pieces of dough.
- 8. Shape into rolls, place the seams down on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press flat. Let it go for 15 minutes.
- 9. Mix the egg yolks with the cream, brush the surfaces of the rolls with them.
- 10. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the hot oven on the lowest rack for 20 minutes.
- 11. Let cool on a wire rack.
