Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, dry yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl. Add eggs, butter, milk and lemon zest and knead. Finally, briefly knead in the raisins and / or the candied fruit. Let the dough rise for 30-40 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and grease a muffin tin well. Divide the dough into 12 portions and place in the molds. Brush with egg yolk and bake for about 25 minutes.
