  1. Cook the beans until soft. Finely chop the onions and sauté in the fat until translucent. Add the beans and cook for about 10 minutes. Stir in the crème fraîche, reduce a little. Season and finally stir in the yogurt.
  2. Goes well with all types of natural chops (without breading).
