Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the onion and fry in oil. If you have fresh broccoli, divide the head into florets and peel the stalk. Fry the vegetables briefly. Pour in the vegetable stock and coconut milk and simmer until the broccoli is soft. Puree the soup.
