Steam the broccoli or cook in a little water, it can be a little soft.
Drain after boiling, put in a tall blender jar, add a little herbal salt and the beaker of sour cream / creme fraiche. Now puree with a hand blender until it is a cream. Finished.
Also tastes very tasty with herbal creme fraiche.
I generally serve this cream with seared gnocchi, but it also tastes great with potatoes or pasta.
But you can also (really!) Eat them cold on bread.
