Ingredients

  • 500 g broccoli, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup sour cream or creme fraiche (200g)
  • some herb salt, if you like

Instructions

  1. Steam the broccoli or cook in a little water, it can be a little soft.
  2. Drain after boiling, put in a tall blender jar, add a little herbal salt and the beaker of sour cream / creme fraiche. Now puree with a hand blender until it is a cream. Finished.
  3. Also tastes very tasty with herbal creme fraiche.
  4. I generally serve this cream with seared gnocchi, but it also tastes great with potatoes or pasta.
  5. But you can also (really!) Eat them cold on bread.
