Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 800 g broccoli
  • 1 onion
  • 0.75 l soup
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the broccoli. Peel and finely chop the onions.
  2. Heat the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion in it. Add the broccoli and deglaze with the soup.
  3. Simmer for about 15 minutes, until the broccoli is tender. Puree the soup with the hand blender.
  4. Stir in the whipped cream and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
