Cream of Broccoli Soup

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 800 g broccoli
  • 1 onion
  • 0.75 l soup
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt


  • Wash and chop the broccoli. Peel and finely chop the onions.
  • Heat the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion in it. Add the broccoli and deglaze with the soup.
  • Simmer for about 15 minutes, until the broccoli is tender. Puree the soup with the hand blender.
  • Stir in the whipped cream and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
