- 3 tbsp butter
- 800 g broccoli
- 1 onion
- 0.75 l soup
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- Wash and chop the broccoli. Peel and finely chop the onions.
- Heat the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion in it. Add the broccoli and deglaze with the soup.
- Simmer for about 15 minutes, until the broccoli is tender. Puree the soup with the hand blender.
- Stir in the whipped cream and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
