- Boil the broccoli florets and diced carrots in salted water until they are firm to the bite, then place in a colander and drain well.
- Cut the Leberkäse and salami into small pieces. Place in a bowl with broccoli, carrots, corn, bell pepper, garlic and cheese and mix everything well.
- Roll out the puff pastry, distribute half of the filling on top, fold in the pastry and press firmly.
- Place the strudel on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with the baked egg and bake at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
- Serve with a salad.
