Fry the minced meat in a wok pan with salt, coriander and red curry paste.
Wash the broccoli, cut into small florets and add to the pan. Cook covered for about 10 minutes on the highest setting and stir occasionally. The broccoli can sear a little.
Peel the ginger and cut into fine cubes. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into strips. Add ginger, sun-dried tomatoes, coarse almond butter, lemon juice or apple cider vinegar and water to the pan and stir well. Season again to taste and serve.
