Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen broccoli in salted water for about 8 minutes, rinse in cold water and drain. Puree with cream cheese and a little garlic. Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces and mix in.
  2. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
  3. Cut out dumplings with a tablespoon and serve with salad and toasted toast.
