Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into small cubes, season with salt, pepper and fry in heated oil. Dice the onions, finely grate the ginger, add both and fry for about 5 minutes.
  2. Divide the broccoli into small florets, core the cucumber, cut into fine strips with the peppers. Add everything and sauté briefly.
  3. Add the poultry stock, lemon juice and tomato sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, curry powder, cayenne pepper and coriander. Mix the rice and sesame seeds together and serve in the broccoli pan.
