Put the water and cream in the pan. Salt everything well, then add the pasta and broccoli. Let everything simmer for about 10 - 13 minutes while mixing in the sour cream.
If the pasta is done and there is too much liquid left, simply drain it off. If it is too dry, simply add more milk.
Season everything with pepper, nutmeg and, if necessary, more salt. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat).
