Cut the raw broccoli into very small florets and the spring onions into rings and place in a bowl. Roughly chop the walnuts and cranberries and add.
Finely chop the onion and mix with the other ingredients to make a sauce. Pour the dressing over the broccoli and stir. Let the salad steep a little and, if necessary, season again with salt and pepper.
The salad can be prepared a day in advance. Raw broccoli tastes great in this combination!
