Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 1 handful cranberries

For the dressing:

  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon cane sugar
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon natural yogurt
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the raw broccoli into very small florets and the spring onions into rings and place in a bowl. Roughly chop the walnuts and cranberries and add.
  2. Finely chop the onion and mix with the other ingredients to make a sauce. Pour the dressing over the broccoli and stir. Let the salad steep a little and, if necessary, season again with salt and pepper.
  3. The salad can be prepared a day in advance. Raw broccoli tastes great in this combination!
