Ingredients

  • 4 piece (s) crepes or thin pancakes
  • 250 g oat cream cheese, creamier
  • possibly milk
  • 75 g cranberries, dried
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the goat cream cheese with a little milk to make it creamier. Add the chopped cranberries and walnuts.
  2. Clean, wash, pat dry and dice the spring onions. Pour into the goat cheese mixture, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture on the crêpes, roll up, wrap in foil and put in a cool place for about two hours.
  4. Cut into slices before serving.
