Instructions

Pour the amaretto over the cranberries and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
Beat the whipped cream firmly, stir in the yoghurt and cottage, sweeten to taste.
Add the cranberries and stir everything through.
Cut the fruit into small pieces and distribute on dessert bowls, pour some amaretto over them, then pour the cream over them, garnish with some fruit on top.
