Instructions

  1. Cook the spaetzle in boiling salted water, drain.
  2. Clean the broccoli, cut into florets, cook in salted boiling water for about 3 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water so that the broccoli retains its color.
  3. While the pasta and broccoli are cooking, leave the ham cubes in a non-stick pan.
  4. Add the spaetzle and fry for about 5 minutes, pour in the cream and add the broccoli.
  5. Cover and simmer for another 3-5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
