- Clean the carrots, onions and garlic, cut into cubes and sauté in the oil.
- Pour 0.5 l of vegetable stock and cook until soft. Puree with the hand blender.
- Add tomatoes (diced, canned or freshly diced), broccoli and the remaining vegetable stock. Let it boil again for about 10 minutes.
- Season to taste with the spices.
