Instructions

  1. Clean the carrots, onions and garlic, cut into cubes and sauté in the oil.
  2. Pour 0.5 l of vegetable stock and cook until soft. Puree with the hand blender.
  3. Add tomatoes (diced, canned or freshly diced), broccoli and the remaining vegetable stock. Let it boil again for about 10 minutes.
  4. Season to taste with the spices.
