- Peel and slice the potatoes. Lay out all the potato slices in a pan.
- Pour the boiling vegetable stock over it and simmer covered on the stove until the stock has boiled over and the potatoes are soft.
- Caution: if the broth has boiled over, the potatoes stick slightly!
- If it tastes deliciously spicy, how spicy it is can be determined by the dosage of the vegetable broth - however you like.
- Goes well with fish or meat dishes.
