Instructions

  1. Melt the butter. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until frothy, add the cocoa. Carefully stir in the melted butter. Add enough flour until the dough becomes viscous (not too runny, not too dry!).
  2. Put everything on a baking pan lined with baking paper (preferably a small baking sheet). Make sure that the dough is at least 4 centimeters high. Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 175 ° C for approx. 30 minutes on the middle rack. Do not leave in the oven for too long - the brownies are ready when the top third is not completely firm, this is the only way they will taste so sticky afterwards.
  3. For the icing, stir the butter, coconut oil and powdered sugar until smooth. Add cocoa and Nutella until the desired chocolate taste is achieved. Spread on the cooled cake and cut into pieces of any size.
