Instructions

  1. Heat 6 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and toast the bread slices on both sides until crispy. Scald the tomatoes, peel, core and cut into small pieces.
  2. Divide the bread slices on 4 plates.
  3. Make a tomato salad from all the other ingredients and spread over the ciabatta slices.
