If you have salted capers, rinse them and soak them in cold water for an hour. If you are using vinegar canned capers, simply rinse them with cold water.
Chop the garlic and hot pepper finely. Add the anchovies to the oil and let sit for an hour.
Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into slices.
Dry the bread in the oven or a dry frying pan.
Put tomatoes on slices of bread.
