Instructions

  1. It is best to halve the avocados lengthways, remove the stone, carefully pull out the pulp in one piece with a spoon and then dice. Dice the shallots, mozzarella and tomatoes as well. It is best to let the water drain off the tomatoes, otherwise everything will be too mushy.
  2. Mix everything together and season with herb salt, olive oil and white balsamic vinegar. Use the vinegar more sparingly, as it can dominate the taste.
