Instructions

  1. Crush the sheep cheese with a fork (but do not muse) so that small pieces are formed. Wash about half a pack of rocket and cut into small pieces crosswise. Mix the sheep cheese and rocket and 3 tablespoon walnut oil together. In the meantime, bake the ciabatta. Cut the still warm ciabatta into slices and pour the sheep`s cheese and rocket mixture on each slice. Arrange on a plate with a few rocket leaves.
  2. You can also take fresh ciabatta and toast the slices in a little oil in the pan. The recipe can also be supplemented with a few chopped walnuts.
  3. A nice red wine goes well with it. Suitable as a small snack for guests or as a starter.
