- Cut the ciabatta bread into approx. 1 1/2 cm thick slices. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Grate the pecorino.
- Toast each slice of bread, then rub garlic. First pour the tomatoes seasoned with salt, pepper and basil, then the cheese.
- Bake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, until the cheese begins to turn brown.
