Instructions

  1. Clean, halve and wash the Brussels sprouts. Simmer in salted water for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Peel, dice and sauté the onion. Melt the butter and toss the Brussels sprouts in it, add the remaining dressing ingredients, season to taste and allow to cool. Serve on plates.
