As is so often the case, potatoes and Brussels sprouts are left over from the Sunday dinner.
I mashed the leftovers from the Brussels sprouts and a few remaining potatoes. Since I always serve the Brussels sprouts with butter and breadcrumbs, this is of course also part of the mass. I then add breadcrumbs to bind it. Maybe an egg would bring even more bond, just try it out. I then season a little more with salt and nutmeg.
You can now shape small patties by hand and simply fry them in oil until the desired degree of browning is achieved.
I think these patties are very tasty and they make good use of leftovers.
