Instructions

  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts and finely chop them with a knife or in a food processor. Heat the oil in a wok, stir-fry the Brussels sprouts and spring onions for about 2 minutes, stir in 5 spice powder, soy sauce and sesame oil and cook for another 3 minutes.
  2. Serve warm as a side dish.
