Instructions

  1. Remove the withered leaves from the Brussels sprouts. Cut the stalk crosswise. Wash the Brussels sprouts, cook in salted water for 25 minutes and drain.
  2. Heat the butter and briefly toast the diced bacon in it. Add the Brussels sprouts and toss in the butter. Season with nutmeg.
