Instructions

  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts (I call it sprouts).
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes and sauté in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. When the onion takes on color, I add the garlic (fine-leafed or garlic press) and continue to fry for 1 minute. Set aside the onion and garlic mixture.
  3. I then briefly fry the Brussels sprouts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. The brown spots from searing give the Brussels sprouts a special taste! Then I add the minced meat and continue to fry for another 3-4 minutes. A little cumin, salt Now add the onion and garlic mixture again. Then I extinguish with 1 glass of water.
  4. Simmer for about 15 minutes over medium heat
