Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the Brussels sprouts and cook, covered, in salted water and lemon juice for 20 minutes. Drain through a sieve and set aside for a moment.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sugar and breadcrumbs until golden brown. Then add the Brussels sprouts and toss in them a few times.
