Instructions

  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts and cook in salted water for 10 minutes. Fry the bacon cubes with 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over low heat.
  2. Mix the shallot cubes with the crushed garlic, salt, pepper, vinegar and chopped capers. Beat in 4 tablespoons of oil and cream.
  3. Turn the Brussels sprouts in the hot bacon cubes. Pour the caper cream over it and mix everything together.
  4. Tastes great with tarte flambée or wholemeal bread.
