- Clean the Brussels sprouts and cook in salted water for 10 minutes. Fry the bacon cubes with 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over low heat.
- Mix the shallot cubes with the crushed garlic, salt, pepper, vinegar and chopped capers. Beat in 4 tablespoons of oil and cream.
- Turn the Brussels sprouts in the hot bacon cubes. Pour the caper cream over it and mix everything together.
- Tastes great with tarte flambée or wholemeal bread.
