Instructions

  1. Clean, wash, halve the Brussels sprouts and blanch in boiling salted water for approx. 5 minutes, rinse in cold water, drain.
  2. Peel and quarter the onion and cut into strips. Finely chop the garlic. Wash tomatoes and cut into corners. Roughly crumble the sheep`s cheese.
  3. Cut the bacon into 2 cm wide strips and fry them in a pan until crispy.
  4. Prepare a marinade with oregano, rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, white wine vinegar and olive oil. Put Brussels sprouts, onions, tomatoes and olives in a bowl and season with the marinade. Mix in the sheep`s cheese and strips of bacon.
  5. With fresh baguette.
