Wash and clean the Brussels sprouts and boil with 1 teaspoon of salt in water for five minutes. Pouring off.
Dice the bacon separately and fry in a little oil. Form small dumplings out of the sausages or the meat and add to them. Halve or quarter the mushrooms and fry them too.
Deglaze with the broth, add the Brussels sprouts, season and simmer gently to the desired cooking point.
Tastes good with boiled potatoes or a hearty farmer`s bread.
