Instructions

  1. Cook the Brussels sprouts in lightly salted water for 20 minutes. Pour off water and save some of it.
  2. Heat the butter, sprinkle in the flour and stir well. Slowly stir in cold milk, dilute accordingly with Brussels sprouts and season with nutmeg. Add the Brussels sprouts again, heat up.
  3. Goes very well with potatoes.
