I always prepare the recipe with frozen Brussels sprouts.
Cook the Brussels sprouts according to the instructions on the packet. Then drain. In the meantime, melt the herb butter, garlic butter and butter in a pan. Then add the Brussels sprouts and fry them slowly. Season with salt and nutmeg to taste.
We like Brussels sprouts best when they`ve got a crust from frying them. That`s how our children like him best.
