Fry the meat very hot. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Layer the beans. Add paprika powder, 1/2 paprika, savory and garlic. Stir and let simmer a little.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 1 - 1 1/4 hours, or 20 minutes in a pressure cooker.
Season well with salt and pepper.
Serve with potatoes or mashed potatoes as a side dish.
