Ingredients

  • 800 g beans, reen, fresh (or 2 lare cans)
  • 500 g beef or mutton
  • 500 g onion (s), cut
  • 0.5 liter ½ broth
  • 10 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, sweet
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), green, cut into strips
  • 0.5 can ½ (s) tomato (s), peeled
  • lots pepper, freshly ground
  • Salt, to taste
  • Savory, to taste
  • 1 small Can / s tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Fry the meat very hot. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Layer the beans. Add paprika powder, 1/2 paprika, savory and garlic. Stir and let simmer a little.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 1 - 1 1/4 hours, or 20 minutes in a pressure cooker.
  3. Season well with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve with potatoes or mashed potatoes as a side dish.
