Ingredients

  • 800 g beans, reen, broad
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 2 large onion (s) or 1 large onion and spring onions
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 2 bell peppers, green, hot
  • 4 small tomato (s)
  • tomato paste
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 liters water, approx.
  • some broth, instant

  • Spice mix (meat seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Clean the broad beans, cut them into small pieces and let them stand in a bowl with water. Cut the onions, garlic and hot peppers into small pieces and fry them in a saucepan with the oil. Quarter the tomatoes and add to the saucepan with the minced meat.
  2. Season the minced meat with pepper, salt and meat seasoning and sear it well. Then add the tomato paste and pour on water (preferably 1 1/2 liters or less at first).
  3. Drain the beans in a colander and add. Possibly add more water until the beans are covered.
  4. Now season to taste with the broth and the other spices and cook for about 45 minutes - 1 hour. If you want, you can also add potatoes, it tastes very tasty. Rice or bulgur are enough as a side dish.
