Ingredients

  • 600 g beans, reen, frozen
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped savory, dried
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 1 bunch thyme
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 pointed pepper, red
  • 300 g tomato (s)
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 2 cup vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion, chop the thyme, peel the garlic and cut into slices. Wash and clean the pointed peppers and cut into fine strips.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sweat the onions in it, do not let them brown. Add the beans, savory, thyme and stock and bring to a boil. Add the garlic, salt and pepper to taste. After five minutes add the peppers, after another five minutes the tomatoes and simmer covered until the beans are cooked through. Finally stir in the sour cream and season to taste again.
  3. Of course, you can also use fresh green beans, then the cooking time will be longer. Floury potatoes go best with it.
