Turkish Noodles with Minced Meat

Turkish noodles with minced meat are a great alternative to dumplings, it turns out hearty and very tasty! Try it!

Ingredients
- Water – 100 Milliliters
- Egg – 1 Piece
- Flour – 2-2.5 Cups
- Minced meat – 400 grams (any)
- Onion – 2 Pieces
- Carrots – 1 Piece
- Sweet pepper – 1 Piece
- Bay leaf – 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil – 30 Milliliters
- Spices – To taste
- Salt – To taste
Directions
- Prepare all ingredients.
- In a deep bowl combine water, egg, 1/3 teaspoon. salt and 1 tablespoon. vegetable oil. Stir and add flour in portions. Knead an elastic dough, like on dumplings, collect it in a ball, cover with a towel and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Add finely diced onion to the minced meat, salt and spices to taste. Mix well. The filling is ready.
- Cut the remaining onion into cubes, grate the carrots and cut the pepper into small strips. Fry vegetables in a skillet, stirring occasionally until soft.
- Divide the dough into 3 parts. Grease the table and rolling pin with vegetable oil and alternately roll out each piece of dough in the shape of a rectangle, about 2-3 mm thick. Top with a thin layer of minced meat.
- Roll the dough with minced meat into a roll, pinch the seam with your hands and cut the roll into pieces, no more than 2-3 cm wide.
- Lay each piece cut down and press lightly with your hands. Prepare all the rolls this way.
- At the bottom of the pan in which you will cook-stew noodles with minced meat, put vegetable frying. If there are two or three layers, then the frying must be divided. Put the minced meat rolls on top of the vegetables at a distance. Pour hot water over the rolls so that it covers them a little, then add the remaining vegetable fry and a second layer of rolls again. Salt the broth, add lavrushka and cook for 20 minutes until tender.
- Serve hot prepared Turkish noodles with minced meat, garnish with fresh herbs.
