- 1 kg minced beef or mixed
- 1 leek stick (s)
- 0.5 liter ½ water
- 2 teaspoons stock, granular (heaped)
- Garlic, to taste
- 250 g pasta
- oil
- 1 large can tomato paste

- Fry the minced meat and mix with the chopped leek. While roasting, stir in the garlic and deglaze with half a liter of water. When the water boils, stir in the broth and add the pasta. Let it cook until the noodles are cooked through. Then stir in the tomato paste.
- A simple, quick and yet delicious recipe, especially suitable for children. My daughter is by no means a vegetable eater, but she eats these noodles with growing enthusiasm and does not collect the leeks.
