Ingredients

  • 600 g minced meat
  • 4 carrot (s), approx
  • 500 g pasta
  • 2 leeks
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 600 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly curry powder
  • broth
  • parsley
  • Water (salt water)
  • possibly cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Dice the carrots. Cook the pasta in salted water. Add the carrots 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Pouring off. Fry the mince in a pan until crumbly. Season well! Add the sliced leek and onion and fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour on the cream (you can also use less cream and add broth instead). Season with the spices and sprinkle with parsley.
  3. If you like, you can refine the recipe with curry. Or prepare one day in advance and bake with cheese the next day.
