Ingredients

  • 3 leeks, finely chopped
  • 2 onion (s), chopped
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 400 g pasta
  • 1 can / s tomato (s) (pizza tomatoes)
  • 0.5 ½ bottles chili sauce
  • garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Curry powder
  • possibly spice mixture (Chinese spice)
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Sear the minced meat with chopped onions in a little oil. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and lots of curry. When the meat is done, add the pizza tomatoes and chilli sauce to season and let simmer.
  2. Boil the pasta and add the finely chopped leek and mince mixture. Finally fold in the cooked noodles and season to taste again.
