Ingredients

  • 500 g round beef
  • 300 g mushrooms, fresh or from the lass
  • 1 leek stick (s)
  • 250 ml Cremefine for cooking
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • salt and pepper
  • Chilli flakes or paprika powder
  • Herbs, Italian

Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic, fry it with the meat and season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Cut the mushrooms and leek into slices and fry for 5 - 6 minutes. Then add the cream and the Italian herbs and simmer briefly.
  2. You can also vary and instead of Cremefine e.g., Use cream cheese.
