Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 300 g tartare
  • 2 leeks
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 80 g pasta, short
  • 50 g cream cheese, reduced fat
  • ground caraway seeds and paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, (herb mustard)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Clean and wash the leek and cut into fine rings.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tartare in it until crumbly. Add the leek and fry briefly. Then pour in the broth and simmer until the leek is cooked through. Now stir in the mustard and cream cheese and mix the whole thing with the above. Season the spices.
  4. Finally fold in the pasta.
